The course holistically trains the four linguistic skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing) as well as grammar, for use in everyday situations. Business English

This is a multi-level course for foreign students. It is aimed at businesspeople and students of Business English. It is designed to improve fluency and confidence and will allow you to communicate in English, in a wide range of business situations.

TOEFL Preparation

TOEFL or Test of English as a Foreign Language is a standardised proficiency exam and an entrance requirement for thousands of English colleges and universities worldwide. We offer an intensive preparation course, which is of a highly academic nature. All candidates must therefore be at an upper-intermediate level of their language learning. Preparation is geared towards holistically training the four linguistic skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing) for academic purposes. The course also thoroughly familiarises you with the TOEFL test format and teaches test-taking strategies that will help with your success on exam day.

Community Focused English Programme

This 12-week course is unique to The Knowledge Workshop and is aimed at South Africans for whom English is not a mother-tongue. It is an outcomes-based course, targeting linguistic, business and communication skills that are directly transferable in the workplace. Classes run on Saturdays to accommodate workers. This course is priced to accommodate low-income groups and guarantees results.
