The Knowledge Workshop has developed a framework for improving internal relations and communication within an organisation. The course itself can be adapted to almost any business environment, with content that is adapted to the specific application.

This type of training usually takes place, on location, in the workplace and can be scheduled to take a place at times at are convenient to the company.

Evaluation of needs:
Upon receiving the provisional quote, if you want to take things to the next step, we will visit your company in order to conduct a needs analysis, before providing a report with our findings. There is a fixed fee for this which is dependant on the number of employees who will be involved in the training.

Evaluation fee structure:

1-5 employees	ZAR 1200
6-10 employees	ZAR 1500
10-20 employees	ZAR 2000
20-30 employees	ZAR 3000

Once the evaluation is complete, we formulate a proposal detailing the training and schedule. Programmes can be short and intensive or spread over a longer timeframe. Once, we have reached agreement on structure, content, timeframes etc. an official quote and contract is issued for your final approval.
